I am a highly-qualified, multi-skilled health and safety specialist, with over 40 years of operational experience in policing, road safety, health and safety, and fire risk management.

With a background of over 30 years’ experience in the Metropolitan and Hertfordshire Police Forces, and a history of working for the Home Office, I have a proven track record of delivery with a can-do attitude.

I am a born problem-solver and enjoy the challenge of project-managing and implementing solutions to difficult problems. I am experienced in forming and managing successful teams, and developing and encouraging responsibility, trust, and accountability in team members.
